Welcome to Moorjäger German Shepherds, where we are passionate about breeding exceptional German Shepherds with a focus on health, temperament, and performance. I’m Josh Moore, the breeder behind the kennel, with over 15 years of experience. I started breeding in the USA before moving to Germany to immerse myself in the heart of German Shepherd culture, especially with the recent import restrictions in the USA. My kennel is now based in Zeven, Germany (full address available upon request), and is proudly registered with the FCI and the SV.

Our breeding program is built on quality, not quantity. I currently have one breeding female, Isabella von Arlett, with a second in training. Isabella has excelled in competition, earning V3 at the WUSV Championship (including 2nd place in bitework), V3 at the Austrian Bundessieger, and second place at the USA Sieger Show. She also holds the prestigious IGP 3 certification—a remarkable achievement for a breeding female, showcasing her exceptional skills and temperament. All our dogs come with proper pink pedigrees from the SV, guaranteeing their lineage and quality.

Inspired by Margit Van Dorssen of the renowned von Arlett Kennel in Köln, Germany, I strive to produce German Shepherds that embody the best of European bloodlines.
